This notice describes how personal data submitted through the contact form on this site is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected
Through the contact form, only the data you voluntarily enter is collected: name, business or company, email address and the content of your message. No other personal data is collected.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed for the sole purpose of replying to your inquiry. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form. No profiling, no unsolicited promotional communications.
Data retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle your inquiry and any exchange that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. After that, it is deleted.
Data recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties or disclosed. Messages are delivered through Web3Forms, the service that forwards the form content to the studio's email inbox: it processes the data for delivery purposes only, under its own privacy policy.
Website analytics
This site may use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool: it collects aggregate, anonymous visit data, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@apistudio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
